¾ cup warm milk 🥛

2 tbsp melted butter

Activate dough
Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast
Rest 5–10 mins until foamy
Make dough
Add egg, butter, salt, and flour
Knead 8–10 mins until smooth and elastic
First rise
Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled
Shape rolls (cloverleaf style)
Divide dough into small balls
Place 3 small balls into each muffin cup
Second rise
Rest 30 mins until puffy
Bake
