π Ingredients
400g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 bunch asparagus (cut into 2β3 cm pieces)
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame blend)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (optional, minced)

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Β½ tsp sugar
Β½ cup water or chicken broth
1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)

Prep shrimp
Pat dry and lightly season with salt & pepper
Stir-fry shrimp
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok/pan on high
Cook shrimp 1β2 minutes per side until pink
Remove and set aside
Cook veggies
Add remaining oil
SautΓ© garlic + ginger until fragrant
Add mushrooms, cook until slightly golden
Add asparagus and stir-fry 2β3 minutes (keep crisp)
Add sauce
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and broth
Bring to a quick simmer
Combine
Return shrimp to pan
Add cornstarch slurry, toss until sauce thickens and coats
Finish & serve
Drizzle sesame oil
