Steak and Seafood Skillet with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce

Luxurious Surf and Turf Skillet in Garlic Parmesan Bliss
Ingredients:

2 ribeye steaks, seasoned with salt and pepper
8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 sea scallops, patted dry
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook to your desired doneness. Remove steaks and let rest.
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter. Sear the shrimp and scallops for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter to the skillet and stir in minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Whisk in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using) until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return the steaks, shrimp, and scallops to the skillet. Spoon sauce over everything to coat.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
