🍔 Smoky Bacon Mac and Cheese Burger with Crispy Tater Tots 🧀🥓🍟🔥🤤

🛒 Ingredients

🍔 Burger:

🥩 500g ground beef
🧂 Salt and black pepper
🧀 4 slices cheddar cheese
🍞 4 burger buns

🧀 Mac & Cheese:

🍝 2 cups macaroni
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🌾 2 tbsp flour
🥛 2 cups milk
🧀 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
🧂 Salt & pepper

🥓 Bacon:

🥓 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy

🍟 Tater Tots:

🥔 Frozen tater tots
🛢️ Oil (if frying)
👨‍🍳 Instructions
🍝 Cook macaroni until tender, drain and set aside.
🧈 In a pan, melt butter, add flour, and whisk for 1–2 minutes.
🥛 Slowly add milk, stirring until thickened.
🧀 Add cheese, salt, and pepper, then mix in macaroni to make creamy mac & cheese.
🥩 Shape beef into 4 patties and season with 🧂 salt and pepper.
🔥 Cook patties on a grill or skillet for 3–4 minutes per side. Add 🧀 cheese to melt.
🥓 Cook bacon until crispy.
🍟 Bake or fry tater tots until golden and crispy.
🍞 Toast burger buns lightly.
🍔 Assemble: bun → beef patty → mac & cheese → bacon → top bun.
🍟 Serve with crispy tater tots on the side.
