2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste

6–8 soft sandwich rolls or tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Fresh parsley (optional)

🍤 1. Cook shrimp
Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and shrimp, season with paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook until shrimp turns pink.

Heat cream, then stir in parmesan and cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.

Place shrimp and mozzarella onto each roll/tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
