2 cups snow peas (trimmed)

1 tsp ginger (grated)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp honey π―

1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)

Heat oil in a pan or wok

Remove and set aside
