Shrimp and Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp fresh cilantro or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp

Season the shrimp with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
Step 2: Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) and sautΓ© for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3: Combine and Add Sauces

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything together and cook for 2 more minutes until everything is heated through and the flavors combine.
Step 4: Serve

Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
