Instructions:

Make the Salisbury Steaks:

In a bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 oval patties.
Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
