Quick & Healthy Chicken Zucchini Pasta Skillet

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, diced
2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
8 oz spaghetti
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
Cook spaghetti per package instructions; reserve ½ cup pasta water.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until browned and cooked through; set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes. Add zucchini noodles and cherry tomatoes, cook until tender.
Return chicken to skillet, mix in cooked spaghetti, reserved pasta water, and Parmesan.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
