2 cups cottage cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)
½ cup pecans (chopped)
2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
