3 large eggs
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)
Β½ cup pecans (chopped)
2β3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Β½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
