Loaded Lobster Fries

Ingredients:

1 lb crinkle-cut frozen fries

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1/2 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped into bite-sized pieces

4 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

2 tbsp green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the crinkle-cut fries according to package instructions (baking or frying).

While the fries are cooking, make the lobster cheese sauce. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk to create a roux, cooking for about 1-2 minutes.

Slowly add the heavy cream, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan, continuing to stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and velvety. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once the fries are done, transfer them to a plate and drizzle with the creamy lobster cheese sauce.

Top the loaded fries with chopped lobster meat, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.

Serve immediately and enjoy the decadent combination of lobster, cheese, and crispy fries!
