Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika

150g cooked shrimp (chopped)
150g crab meat
2 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
🍯 Honey Glaze
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice

Mix shrimp, crab, cream cheese, mayo, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and seasoning until combined.

Slice a pocket into each fillet. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Fill each salmon piece with seafood mixture. Mix glaze ingredients and brush over salmon.
