π Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
6 slices ham
6 slices cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp mustard (optional for flavor)
Black pepper (optional)

Preheat oven to 200Β°C (390Β°F).
Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut into 6 equal squares.
Spread a little mustard on each square (optional).
Add ham and cheese in the center of each square.
Fold into triangles or rectangles and seal edges with a fork.
Mix egg + milk and brush over each pocket for golden color.
