Fresh Tomato & Kiwi Salad

Ingredients:
🍅 2 tomatoes (sliced)
🥝 1 kiwi (diced)
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🍋 Juice of ½ lemon
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Arrange the sliced tomatoes and diced kiwi on a plate.
2️⃣ Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
3️⃣ Season with salt & pepper.
4️⃣ Mix gently and serve fresh!
🍤 Shrimp & Cherry Tomato Bowl
Ingredients:
🍤 10 shrimp (cooked & peeled)
🍅 1 cup cherry tomatoes
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🍋 ½ lemon (juiced)
🧄 1 clove garlic (minced)
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and minced garlic.

Ingredients:
🐟 150g fresh salmon fillet
🥦 1 cup broccoli (steamed)
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🍋 ½ lemon (juiced)
🧄 1 clove garlic (minced)
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
2️⃣ Pan-sear the salmon in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side.
3️⃣ Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
🌽 1 cup corn
🌭 3 sausages (sliced)
🧈 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:
