Fire & Ocean Medley with Signature Drizzle

🌊 Ingredients: – 1 lb. shrimp – 1 lb. salmon fillet – 1 red bell pepper – 1 yellow bell pepper – 1 red onion – 1 lemon – 1/4 cup olive oil – Salt and pepper to taste – 1/2 cup soy sauce – 1/4 cup honey – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 tsp ginger, grated – 1 tbsp sesame seeds Directions: Step 1: Marinate the Seafood Marinate the shrimp and salmon in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes. Step 2: Prepare the Vegetables Slice the bell peppers and red onion into chunks. Skewer the marinated seafood, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers. Step 3: Grill the Skewers Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the seafood is cooked through. Step 4: Make the Signature Drizzle In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Step 5: Serve and Drizzle Remove the skewers from the grill and place on a serving platter. Drizzle the signature sauce over the skewers and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
