📝 Ingredients
2 lobster tails
1 lb sea scallops
4 tbsp butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Juice of ½ lemon
👨🍳 Instructions
Pat lobster tails and scallops dry with paper towels.
Season seafood with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear scallops for 2 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Add lobster tails and cook until opaque and tender.
Lower heat and add remaining butter and garlic.
Spoon garlic butter sauce over lobster and scallops.
Finish with lemon juice and fresh parsley before serving.
