Eggnog Cheesecake

Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup eggnog
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Make the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Continue beating until well combined and smooth.
Assemble:
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
Smooth the top with a spatula to ensure an even layer.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the cheesecake is fully set.
Serve:
Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Carefully release the springform pan and slice to serve.
