Crispy Honey BBQ Wings & Fries

Nothing beats a crispy, saucy, and flavorful batch of honey BBQ wings with golden fries! Perfect for game nights, backyard BBQs, or just a cheat day feast!
Ingredients:
For the Wings
2 lbs chicken wings (drums & flats)
1 cup buttermilk π₯
1 cup flour πΎ
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder π§
1 tsp salt & pepper π§
Oil for frying
For the Honey BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp butter π§
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
For the Fries
3 large potatoes, cut into fries
Oil for frying
Salt & paprika
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
Prepare the Wings:
Soak chicken wings in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Coat each wing in flour mixture and set aside.
Fry the Wings:
Heat oil to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Fry wings for 8-10 minutes until golden & crispy.
Drain on paper towels.
Make the Honey BBQ Sauce:
In a saucepan, heat BBQ sauce, honey, butter, garlic powder, & hot sauce.
Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring until smooth.
Toss the Wings in Sauce:
Add fried wings to a bowl, pour the honey BBQ sauce, and toss to coat evenly.
Prepare the Fries:
Fry potato fries until golden & crispy.
Sprinkle with salt & paprika.
