🥩 Ingredients: 1 cup crawfish tails 1 cup shrimp (peeled and deveined) ½ cup andouille sausage (sliced) 1 cup flour 1 cup cornmeal 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 2 eggs (beaten) Oil for frying Green onions (for garnish) Instructions: Combine flour, cornmeal, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Dip crawfish, shrimp, and sausage in the beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
