📝 Ingredients
1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp vegetable oil
For the Sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ cup beef broth
1–2 tsp black pepper (freshly ground for best flavor)
1 tsp sesame oil
👨‍🍳 Instructions
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
Sear beef quickly until browned, then remove and set aside.
Add remaining oil, then sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add onions and peppers, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
Return beef to the pan.
Pour in sauce and toss until thickened and glossy.
Cook 1–2 more minutes, then serve hot.
