1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
Salt & black pepper
🌿 Chimichurri
½ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp fresh cilantro (optional)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
½ tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste

2–3 eggs
1 tbsp butter or oil
Salt & pepper
👨‍🍳 Instructions
🥩 1. Cook steak

Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan with olive oil for 3–5 minutes per side. Add butter and garlic, then baste for extra flavor. Rest for 5 minutes.
