🍝 Pasta:
20–24 jumbo pasta shells
🥩 Cajun Beef Filling:
500g ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1½ tbsp Cajun seasoning 🌶️
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper
🧀 Cheese Filling:
1 cup ricotta or cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella 🧀
½ cup parmesan
🍅 Sauce:
2 cups marinara sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
🌿 Topping:
Extra mozzarella
Parsley
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook shells
Boil pasta shells until al dente
Drain and set aside
2️⃣ Cook Cajun beef
Brown beef with onion and garlic
Add Cajun seasoning and paprika
Cook until flavorful and slightly thick
3️⃣ Make cheese mix
Mix ricotta (or cream cheese), mozzarella, parmesan
4️⃣ Stuff shells
Fill each shell with cheese mixture + spoon of beef
5️⃣ Assemble
Spread marinara in baking dish
Place stuffed shells on top
Add extra sauce and mozzarella
6️⃣ Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes
Until bubbly and golden
