Cheesy Bacon Beef Fries

Take your fries to the next level with these Cheesy Bacon Beef Fries! With layers of melted cheese, juicy ground beef, and crispy bacon, this dish is a cheesy explosion of flavor that will leave you wanting more.
Ingredients:

5 large potatoes, cut into thick fries
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
½ cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
200g ground beef, cooked and seasoned
5 strips crispy bacon, chopped
¼ cup sliced dill pickles
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:

Toss potato fries with vegetable oil, smoked paprika, and salt. Bake at 220°C (425°F) until crispy.
Arrange fries on a platter, sprinkle with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Add the cooked ground beef and bacon bits evenly.
Place under a broiler for 2 minutes until the cheese melts perfectly.
Garnish with pickles and cilantro for a fresh finish. Serve hot!
