Eggs: 3 large, separated

Salt: 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions
Prepare the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 300Β°F (150Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg yolks, almond flour, baking powder, sweetener (if using), salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
