Caprese Pasta Salad

A fresh, light salad with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

You will need:

12 oz pasta (fusilli or penne)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup mozzarella balls
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
In a bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
Toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
