πͺ Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies πͺπ

Ingredients:
1 cup π₯ peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1/2 cup π granulated sugar
1/2 cup π― brown sugar
1 large π₯ egg
1 tsp π¦ vanilla extract
1/2 tsp π§ salt
1/2 tsp π° baking soda
1/2 cup π jelly or jam (strawberry, grape, or your favorite)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix π₯ peanut butter, π sugar, π― brown sugar, π₯ egg, π¦ vanilla, π§ salt, and π° baking soda until smooth.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to make an indentation in each cookie.
Fill each indentation with a small spoonful of π jelly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Let cool before serving.
