Ingredients:

1 cup πŸ₯œ peanut butter (creamy or chunky)

1/2 cup 🍚 granulated sugar

1/2 cup 🍯 brown sugar

1 tsp 🍦 vanilla extract

1/2 tsp πŸ§‚ salt

1/2 tsp 🌰 baking soda

1/2 cup πŸ“ jelly or jam (strawberry, grape, or your favorite)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix πŸ₯œ peanut butter, 🍚 sugar, 🍯 brown sugar, πŸ₯š egg, 🍦 vanilla, πŸ§‚ salt, and 🌰 baking soda until smooth.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.

Fill each indentation with a small spoonful of πŸ“ jelly.
