3 ripe bananas (very soft = sweeter π)
2 eggs
100g sugar (Β½ cup)
80ml vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
180g flour (1Β½ cups)
1 tsp baking soda
Β½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
50g chocolate chips or walnuts (optional π«π°)

Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F) and grease a loaf pan.
Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Add eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla β mix well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture (donβt overmix).
Add chocolate chips or nuts if using.
Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
