Creamy Velveeta Beef & Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10.5 oz) can of condensed cheddar cheese soup
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation:

Cook the Pasta: Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened (about 3 minutes). Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

Make the Sauce: Stir in the cheddar cheese soup, Velveeta cheese cubes, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika (if using). Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combine: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly in the sauce.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
