🍌 Banana Base:
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
4 eggs (separated)
¾ cup sugar
½ cup butter (melted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
🥛 Creamy Layer:
1½ cups milk (warm)
1 cup flour
1 tbsp water (if needed for mixing)
1 pinch salt
🍰 Optional:
Powdered sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F)
Grease a baking dish
2️⃣ Make batter base
Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy
Add melted butter, vanilla, and mashed bananas

Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form
