Steak and Shrimp with Pesto Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

– 2 ribeye steaks
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– Salt and pepper
– 1 cup heavy cream
– Β½ cup pesto sauce
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Directions:

Step 1: Season and Cook the Steak
Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks to your desired doneness. Set aside to rest.

Step 2: Prepare the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic. SautΓ© until fragrant, then add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

Step 3: Make the Pesto Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and pesto sauce. Stir well and let it simmer until slightly thickened.

Step 4: Combine Steak, Shrimp, and Sauce
Slice the rested steak and arrange on a serving plate. Place the cooked shrimp on top and drizzle with the pesto cream sauce.

Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot. Enjoy your steak and shrimp with pesto cream sauce!
