📝 Ingredients
For the Sliders
1½ lbs ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
6–8 slices cheddar or American cheese
12 slider buns
2 tbsp butter (for brushing buns)
Bacon Jam
8 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Make Bacon Jam
Cook bacon until crispy. Remove excess fat, leaving a little in the pan.
Add onions and cook until caramelized.
Stir in brown sugar, maple syrup, vinegar, and chili flakes.
Simmer until thick and sticky. Set aside.
2. Cook Sliders
Season ground beef and press into a thin layer in a pan or bake as a sheet.
Cook until browned and fully done, then slice into slider-sized portions.
Add cheese on top to melt.
3. Assemble
Toast slider buns lightly with butter.
Add beef, bacon jam, and extra cheese if desired.
