Grilled Steak & Tomato Stack with Avocado over Rice

A juicy, flavorful, and healthy dish with layers of grilled steak, tomatoes, and creamy avocado served over fluffy rice!

For the Steak:
2 beef patties or steak cuts ๐Ÿฅฉ

For the Grilled Tomato:
1 large tomato (sliced) ๐Ÿ…
1 tsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
1/4 tsp salt & pepper ๐Ÿง‚
For the Rice Base:
1 cup cooked white rice ๐Ÿš
1/2 tsp butter ๐Ÿงˆ
1/2 tsp chopped parsley ๐ŸŒฟ
For the Topping:
1/2 avocado (sliced) ๐Ÿฅ‘
1/2 tsp lime juice ๐Ÿ‹
1 tsp chopped cilantro ๐ŸŒฟ

1๏ธโƒฃ Season the steak ๐Ÿฅฉ: Rub the steaks or beef patties with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2๏ธโƒฃ Grill to perfection ๐Ÿ”ฅ: Cook on a hot grill or pan for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Set aside.
