Grilled Steak & Tomato Stack with Avocado over Rice

A juicy, flavorful, and healthy dish with layers of grilled steak, tomatoes, and creamy avocado served over fluffy rice!

For the Steak:
2 beef patties or steak cuts ๐ฅฉ
1 tbsp olive oil ๐ซ
1 tsp salt & black pepper ๐ง
1 tsp garlic powder ๐ง
1/2 tsp smoked paprika ๐ถ๏ธ
For the Grilled Tomato:
1 large tomato (sliced) ๐
1 tsp olive oil ๐ซ
1/4 tsp salt & pepper ๐ง
For the Rice Base:
1 cup cooked white rice ๐
1/2 tsp butter ๐ง
1/2 tsp chopped parsley ๐ฟ
For the Topping:
1/2 avocado (sliced) ๐ฅ
1/2 tsp lime juice ๐
1 tsp chopped cilantro ๐ฟ

1๏ธโฃ Season the steak ๐ฅฉ: Rub the steaks or beef patties with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2๏ธโฃ Grill to perfection ๐ฅ: Cook on a hot grill or pan for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Set aside.
3๏ธโฃ Grill the tomatoes ๐
: Brush tomato slices with olive oil, season with salt & pepper, and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
4๏ธโฃ Prepare the rice ๐: Mix cooked rice with butter and chopped parsley for extra flavor.
5๏ธโฃ Assemble the stack ๐๏ธ: Place a serving of rice at the bottom, stack grilled tomatoes, followed by the steak, another layer of tomatoes, and top with avocado slices.
