Ingredients:

– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 large egg
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
