Ingredients:
β’ 2 catfish fillets
β’ Β½ cup cornmeal
β’ ΒΌ cup flour
β’ 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
β’ 1 egg, beaten
β’ Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Mix cornmeal, flour, Cajun spice.
2. Dip fish in egg, then dredge in cornmeal mix.
3. Fry in hot oil 4β5 min per side.
4. Serve with lemon and coleslaw.
