Strawberry Piña Colada with Malibu Whipped Topping 🍓🍍🥥

A fruity, tropical twist on the classic piña colada, blending sweet strawberries, tangy pineapple, and creamy coconut, finished with a luscious Malibu-infused whipped topping.

Ingredients

For the Colada:

1 ½ cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup frozen strawberries

½ cup coconut cream

½ cup pineapple juice

¼ cup Malibu coconut rum (adjust as desired)

1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)

1 cup ice cubes

For the Malibu Whipped Topping:

½ cup heavy cream

2 tbsp powdered sugar

2 tbsp Malibu coconut rum

For Garnish:

Whipped cream (optional)

Fresh strawberry slices

Pineapple wedges

Toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

1. Blend the colada – In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, strawberries, coconut cream, pineapple juice, Malibu rum, and ice. Blend until smooth. Taste and add honey if needed.

2. Make the topping – Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and Malibu rum until soft peaks form.

3. Assemble – Pour the colada into glasses and spoon the whipped topping over the top.

4. Garnish & serve – Add fresh strawberries, pineapple wedges, and toasted coconut flakes for a finishing touch. Enjoy immediately!
