Gourmet Fries with Beef and Fondant Cheese ๐ง๐

Transform your meals with this spicy and fondant loaded fries recipe! Between the crunch of fries, the tenderness of the spicy beef, and the gooey cheese, it’s an explosion of flavors in every bite. ๐๐ฅ
Ingredients :
800 g potatoes (or frozen fries)
400g ground beef (15% fat)
1 chopped onion รฉ
2 minced garlic cloves 2
150g of grated cheddar ๐ง
150g of grated mozzarella ๐ง
4 c. with barbecue sauce soup ๐ถ๏ธ
2 c. with olive oil soup
Sel, poivre
Fresh parsley for garnish ๐ฟ
Preparation:
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the fries:
If you are using fresh potatoes, cut them into regular sticks, soak them in cold water for 30 min, drain and dry them.
Fry or bake them until nice golden brown and crispy.
If you’re using frozen fries, cook them directly in the oven according to instructions.
2๏ธโฃ Cook the beef:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute the onion until translucent, then add garlic.
Add in ground beef and brown it. Salt, pepper, and incorporate BBQ sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
3๏ธโฃ Assemble the plate:
Arrange the fries in an oven plate. Split the beef on top.
Sprinkle generously with cheddar and mozzarella.
Final 4๏ธโฃ baking:
Place the dish under the oven grill for 5 minutes or until cheese is well melted and lightly grated.
