Grilled Shrimp & Mango Avocado Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
βœ… 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined 🍀
βœ… 1 ripe mango, diced πŸ₯­
βœ… 1 avocado, sliced πŸ₯‘
βœ… 1 cup cooked orzo or rice 🍚
βœ… 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced πŸ§…
βœ… 1 tbsp olive oil πŸ«’
βœ… 1/2 tsp garlic powder πŸ§„
βœ… 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 🌢️
βœ… 1/2 tsp cumin
βœ… Salt & pepper to taste πŸ§‚
βœ… 1 tbsp fresh lime juice πŸ‹
βœ… 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro 🌿

Instructions:
1️⃣ Marinate Shrimp: Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook Shrimp: Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and slightly charred.
3️⃣ Prepare Bowl: In a bowl, add cooked orzo (or rice) as the base. Top with grilled shrimp, diced mango, sliced avocado, and red onion.
4️⃣ Dress & Garnish: Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
