Grilled Shrimp & Mango Avocado Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
✅ 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined 🍤
✅ 1 ripe mango, diced 🥭
✅ 1 avocado, sliced 🥑
✅ 1 cup cooked orzo or rice 🍚
✅ 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
✅ 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
✅ 1/2 tsp garlic powder 🧄
✅ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
✅ 1/2 tsp cumin
✅ Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
✅ 1 tbsp fresh lime juice 🍋
✅ 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro 🌿
Instructions:
1️⃣ Marinate Shrimp: Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook Shrimp: Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and slightly charred.
