Grilled Steak & Tomato Stack with Avocado over Rice

A juicy, flavorful, and healthy dish with layers of grilled steak, tomatoes, and creamy avocado served over fluffy rice!

📝 Ingredients:
For the Steak:
2 beef patties or steak cuts 🥩
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tsp salt & black pepper 🧂
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1/2 tsp smoked paprika 🌶️
For the Grilled Tomato:
1 large tomato (sliced) 🍅
1 tsp olive oil 🫒
1/4 tsp salt & pepper 🧂
For the Rice Base:
1 cup cooked white rice 🍚
1/2 tsp butter 🧈
1/2 tsp chopped parsley 🌿
For the Topping:
1/2 avocado (sliced) 🥑
1/2 tsp lime juice 🍋
1 tsp chopped cilantro 🌿
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the steak 🥩: Rub the steaks or beef patties with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2️⃣ Grill to perfection 🔥: Cook on a hot grill or pan for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Set aside.
3️⃣ Grill the tomatoes 🍅: Brush tomato slices with olive oil, season with salt & pepper, and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
4️⃣ Prepare the rice 🍚: Mix cooked rice with butter and chopped parsley for extra flavor.
5️⃣ Assemble the stack 🏗️: Place a serving of rice at the bottom, stack grilled tomatoes, followed by the steak, another layer of tomatoes, and top with avocado slices.
6️⃣ Garnish & enjoy 😍: Drizzle lime juice over the avocado and sprinkle cilantro on top. Serve hot!
