Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Ingredients:
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, green onions (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Crescent Rolls:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
Place a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end, and tuck the sides to seal in the filling.
Brush and Garnish:
Place the stuffed crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each roll with melted butter, and sprinkle with dried parsley or Italian seasoning if desired.
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Serve warm, with optional dipping sauces like ranch or marinara if desired.
