Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Shrimp Feast

Ingredients:

• 1 lb sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized cubes)
• 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

Sear the Steak Bites:
• Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
• Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Garlic and Shrimp:
• In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil.
• Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, until fragrant.
• Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
Combine and Flavor:
• Return the steak bites to the skillet.
• Stir in paprika, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
• Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve:
• Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy as-is or pair with rice, mashed potatoes, or a crisp side salad!

• Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick, or a squeeze of fresh lemon for a zesty finish!
