4 chicken thighs or drumsticks π

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined π€
3 cups cooked rice (cold) π
2 tbsp oil
2 eggs π₯
1/2 cup peas & carrots π₯
3 cloves garlic (minced) π§
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Green onions for garnish πΏ

1. π Marinate the chicken
Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
2. π₯£ Coat & fry
Mix flour with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken well and fry at 175Β°C (350Β°F) until crispy and golden.
3. π€ Cook the shrimp
Heat oil in a wok or skillet and cook shrimp until pink. Remove and set aside.
4. π₯ Scramble eggs
In the same pan, scramble eggs and push aside.
