Ingredients
20 jumbo pasta shells
1 lb shrimp, peeled and chopped
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 egg
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Garlic Cream Sauce
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Boil jumbo shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Shrimp
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Remove from heat.
3. Make the Filling
In a bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, egg, parsley, and cooked shrimp. Mix well.
4. Prepare the Garlic Cream Sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and cook briefly. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly pour in heavy cream while whisking. Stir in parmesan cheese and simmer until smooth and creamy.
5. Stuff the Shells
Fill each cooked shell with the shrimp and cheese mixture.
6. Assemble
Spread a layer of garlic cream sauce in a baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells on top and spoon remaining sauce over them. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
8. Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with garlic bread or a crisp salad.
