2 chicken breasts (pounded thin)
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1½ cups flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Oil for frying

Lettuce
Tomato slices

½ cup mayo
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lemon juice

Marinate chicken in buttermilk (and hot sauce) for at least 1 hour.
Mix flour, cornstarch, and spices.
Coat chicken thoroughly in flour mixture.
Fry at 350°F (175°C) until golden and crispy.
