4 salmon fillets

Salt & black pepper
Fresh parsley

4 potatoes, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
🌿 Asparagus
1 bunch asparagus
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
👨‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasoning.
Roast for 25–30 minutes until crispy and golden.

Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon and asparagus on baking tray.
Brush salmon generously with garlic butter mixture.
Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and season lightly.
Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
