Meat Filling
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp thyme
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 medium potato, boiled & mashed (for texture)
Pie Crust
2 pie crusts (top & bottom)
1 egg (for egg wash)

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook pork, beef, onion, and garlic until browned.
Add broth, spices, salt, pepper, and mashed potato.
Simmer until thick and flavorful. Let cool slightly.
Place bottom crust into a pie dish.
Fill with meat mixture and cover with top crust.
Seal edges and cut small vents on top.
Brush with egg wash.
Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.
