📝 Ingredients
1 can (14–15 oz) salmon, drained (or cooked fresh salmon)
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
2–3 tbsp oil for frying
👨‍🍳 Instructions
In a bowl, flake salmon and remove large bones if needed.
Add egg, breadcrumbs, mayo, mustard, onion, and seasonings.
Mix until combined and form into patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
