3 lbs chuck roast
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp BBQ rub
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup BBQ sauce
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat smoker or oven to 250°F (120°C).
Coat chuck roast with mustard, then season generously with BBQ rub, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Smoke or bake for 3 hours until bark forms.
Cut meat into bite-sized cubes.
Place cubes in a foil pan with butter, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and honey.
