Hand-Breaded Chicken Bites and Thick Steak Fries ๐๐๐ฅโจ

๐ Ingredients
๐ Chicken Bites:
๐ 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
๐ฅ 2 eggs
๐ฅ 1/2 cup milk
๐พ 1 cup all-purpose flour
๐ฝ 1/2 cup cornstarch
๐ง 1 tsp salt
โซ 1 tsp black pepper
๐ถ๏ธ 1 tsp paprika
๐ง 1 tsp garlic powder
๐ง 1 tsp onion powder
๐ถ๏ธ 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
๐ข๏ธ Oil for frying
๐ Steak Fries:
๐ฅ 4 large potatoes, cut into thick wedges
๐ข๏ธ 2 tbsp oil
๐ง Salt to taste
๐ถ๏ธ 1 tsp paprika
๐ง 1 tsp garlic powder
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions
๐ฅ Preheat oven to 220ยฐC (425ยฐF). Toss potato wedges with oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
๐ฅ Spread fries on a baking sheet and roast for 30โ35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
๐ฅฃ In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
๐พ In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
๐ Dip chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then coat well in the flour mixture.
๐ฅ Heat oil in a deep pan to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF).
๐ Fry chicken bites in batches for 4โ5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
๐งป Remove and drain on paper towels.
๐ Serve crispy chicken bites with hot steak fries.
