2 cups day-old cooked rice (cold)
2 large eggs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp green onions (chopped)
Β½ cup mixed veggies (optional: carrots, peas, corn)
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tsp sesame oil (optional for flavor)
