1 kg chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
Β½ tsp black pepper
Β½ cup BBQ sauce or hot sauce (optional glaze)
ππ₯ Pineapple Bacon Fried Rice
3 cups cooked rice (cold, best for frying)
6 strips bacon (chopped)
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp butter or oil
2 green onions (chopped)
Β½ tsp black pepper

π 1. Cook wings
Season wings with spices and bake at 200Β°C for 35β40 minutes (or air fry) until crispy. Toss in BBQ or hot sauce if desired.
π₯ 2. Cook bacon
Fry bacon until crispy. Remove but keep some fat in the pan.
π³ 3. Make fried rice
In the same pan, sautΓ© garlic, add eggs and scramble. Add rice, soy sauce, pineapple, bacon, and black pepper. Stir-fry until hot and slightly crispy.
